Chef Christopher James

Chris James HeadshotChristopher James has been working in the professional baking & pastry industry for nearly 15 years. Since graduating Baltimore International Culinary College, with 2 AA degrees in Professional Baking & Pastry and in Professional Cooking, he has taken many continuing education classes. These classes range from candy making with the French Pastry School to ice cream technology with the Penn State Creamery. He was on call at the White House pastry shop and is on-call at The Blair House, the president’s guesthouse. He worked for he Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for nearly 10 years. He currently is the Deputy Chef/Pastry Chef for the Department of State in Washington D.C.
