Chef Mark Beaupre

Chef Mark BeaupreMark Beaupre is the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes.

A native of Maine, Chef Beaupre credits his culinary education to the Culinary Institute of America. He has received numerous awards and accolades including the Food & Beverage Excellence Award the Culinary Excellence Award from the International Food Service Manufacturers Association (IFMA) for his tremendous contribution the culinary world.

The recipe for such excellence is built upon 20 years of experience as seasoned as Chef Beaupre’s culinary mastery. In 1986, Chef Beaupre began his professional journey as the Food Production Manager for Marriott International. Over the years, he has exceeded in the culinary field and held positions at the prestigious Blackhawk Country Club in northern California, the Bethesda Marriott in Maryland, New Orleans Marriott and the JW Marriott, Grande Lakes Orlando as the Executive Chef. In 2007, Chef Beaupre was promoted to Director of Food & Beverage and will continue to be the Executive Chef as well as overseeing the resort’s restaurants, including the Four Diamond Primo.
